Service Description

This package is for the couple who has spent months planning, scheduling and organizing all of the pieces for their big day. The wedding day is near and you are ready to relax and soak up every moment of the joyous event. We will come in during the final week leading up to the wedding and make sure all of the details you worked so hard on are executed with precision. You don’t need to spend your wedding day running around making sure everything is in place. Let us take over and make this a stress-free day to remember! This package includes: 2 planning meetings: First meeting occurs after booking and second meeting occurs one week prior to the wedding. Second meeting will be an organizational meeting to discuss the list of vendors, venue layout, decor and design ideas to be executed on the day of; meeting will include a creation of timeline for ceremony and reception Unlimited communication between phone, email, and text the week of the wedding 7 hours of coverage on the day of the wedding to include (but not limited to): set up and tear down of decor, provide detailed timeline to all vendors, supervision of vendor arrivals and distribution of final payments and gratuities, assist in decorating the venue to the specifications of the bride and groom, assist in processional and recessional during ceremony, and make sure the timeline is followed and the day is flawless Emergency bridal kit available on site We will transport gifts and cards to designated location as needed ADD ON: Rehearsal Service – up to 2 hours - $100 Additional hours day of – $75 per hour
